cooked and diced potatoes

creamed cottage cheese

sour cream

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together and then spoon into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered in a preheated oven for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Makes 8 to 10 servings. Enjoy!
