Tuna Rice Salad

This interesting combination makes for a filling main dish salad.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans tuna, drained (6.5 oz)
  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 dash red pepper hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place on bed of lettuce and serve with crackers or croissants. Enjoy!
