Tuna Rice Salad
This interesting combination makes for a filling main dish salad.

Ingredients

tuna, drained (6.5 oz)

cooked rice (white or brown)

frozen green peas, thawed

chopped onions

cup
sliced celery

salt

black pepper

dash
red pepper hot sauce

cup
mayonnaise or salad dressing
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place on bed of lettuce and serve with crackers or croissants. Enjoy!
