Pear and Walnut Salad
Pears, walnuts, and blue cheese are a classic combination of elegant flavors.
- 10 ounces salad greens, torn to bite size pieces
- 2 medium pears, cored and sliced
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, sliced into halves
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
- ranch or blue cheese dressing
In a large salad bowl, toss the greens, pears and grapes to mix. Drizzle with dressing.
Top with blue cheese and pecans. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings. Enjoy!
