Zesty Con Queso Dip
Most people think of cheese dips that have ground beef, but this one features sausage.
- 1 lb hot sausage
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 jar salsa (16 oz)
- 1 pkg tortilla chips
In a large saucepan, over medium high heat, crumble and cook sausage until browned. Drain and return to saucepan. Cube Velveeta cheese and add to sausage. Cook, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted.
Remove from heat and stir in salsa. Serve warm with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
