Petso Pizza
If you don't love red sauce, this pesto-tomato pizza is for you.
- 1 ready made pizza crust
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup Romano cheese
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine ricotta and Parmesan cheeses.
Spread pesto over the ready to cook pizza crust. Spread the ricotta and Parmesan over the pesto, and layer the tomatoes over the cheese. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes 8 slices. Enjoy!
