Confetti Fruit Pie
With bits of mandarin orange and pineapple, these creamy fruit pies look like confetti when you cut into them!
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 container whipped topping (8 oz)
- 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained (11 oz)
- 1 can pineapple tidbits, drained (8 oz)
- 2 prepared graham cracker crusts
In a large bowl, beat together condensed milk and lemon juice. Beat in whipped topping. Stir in well drained fruit. Beat, beat, and beat until mixture looks like confetti.
Pour filling into graham cracker crusts and chill for at least 4 hours. Makes 2 pies. Enjoy!
