Minister's Wife's Dessert (Easy Cherry Cobbler)

This dump cake has only 4 ingredients, and it's always a favorite for church potlucks.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup canned cherry pie filling
  • 1 box yellow or white cake mix
  • 1 sticks melted butter (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x9" square cake pan. Spread 1 cup of cherry pie filling over bottom of pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over cherry filling. Gently pour melted butter all over the dry cake mix, making sure it's all spread out.
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Allow to cool 15 minutes before serving. It's delicious with whipped cream or ice cream. Enjoy!
