Dilled Carrots
Dill, butter, and carrots are a classic combination!
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp dillweed
- Salt and pepper
In a saucepan over medium high heat, cook carrots in water until fork tender. Drain thoroughly.
Place butter, dillweed, salt and pepper into pan and mix well. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings. Enjoy!
