Grand Salad

This salad is so easy, but it's unique flavors elevate into something special.
Course Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch red leaf lettuce, torn into pieces
  • 1 head Bibb lettuce, torn into pieces
  • 1 medium Vidalia onion, cut into slices and separated into rings
  • 1/4 cup Pignoli nuts, toasted
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Place lettuces, onion, nuts and blue cheese into bowl and toss lightly. Just before serving, pour vinaigrette dressing over greens and toss again. Serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Enjoy!
