Turkey Noodle Soup

Course Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups chicken or turkey broth
  • 1 tsp minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked turkey, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1 dash ground white pepper
  • 2 Tbsp diced pimientos
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked egg noodles

Instructions
 

  • Bring the broth to a boil in a 4 quart stock pot. Add the onion, garlic, turkey, peas, celery, salt, pepper, and pimientos. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add the cooked noodles and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 4 servings. Enjoy!
