In a skillet over medium high heat, saute onions, peppers and garlic until tender. Set aside. Fry bacon well, drain and set aside.
Divide ground beef into 12 equal portions. Take one portion of beef and shape into a semi flatted shaped patty, with a center scoop for filling. Place patty on counter and place toppings in center of bottom patty. Cover patty with another portion of meat. Close tightly and seal all around.
Grill burgers or fry on stove until meat is well done. Place burger on bun and top with fried egg, lettuce and tomato. Makes 6 burgers. Enjoy!
