Baked Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 2 fat-free flour tortillas
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sugar or zero calorie sweetener
  • butter flavored cooking spray.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Spray tortillas with cooking spray, then sprinkle with cinnamon and sweetener.
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 375, careful to not let tortillas burn.
  • Remove and cool tortillas on a wire rack. They will crisp up as they cool.
  • Once cool, break into pieces and serve. Light, crisp, and tasty. Enjoy!
  • Note: Recipe can also be made with garlic powder or other seasonings instead of cinnamon and sugar.
