Broccoli Salad

Course Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch broccoli cleaned and cut into small pieces
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb bacon fried, drained and crumbled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar

Instructions
 

  • In a large serving bowl, combine broccoli, onion, cheese and bacon and toss lightly.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar and pour over vegetables. Toss gently but thoroughly to blend the salad well.
  • Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Enjoy!
