Cindy Chester's Asparagus Sandwiches

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 tsp celery seed
  • paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 soft rolls, cut lengthwise

Instructions
 

  • Steam asparagus until tender, but crisp. Set aside.
  • In a bowl combine mayonnaise and celery seed. Spread each roll with mayonnaise mixture. Place 5 or 6 spears on each roll. Slice a boiled egg, and asparagus on each roll. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Makes 4 servings. Enjoy!
