Creamy Christmas Corn Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 pkg dry cornbread mix (8.5 oz, each)
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained (15 oz, each)
  • 2 cans creamed corn (14.5 oz, each)
  • 2 cups sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine butter, eggs, cornbread mix, whole and creamed corn and sour cream. Spoon the mixture into prepared dish.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes in preheated oven, or until the top is golden brown. Makes 12 servings. Enjoy!
