Ingredients

pickle jalapeno peppers

hard boiled eggs
1/2
cup
mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
1/2
cup
chopped pecans
Instructions
Peel, seed and chop peppers. Peel and chop eggs. Combine eggs, peppers and enough mayonnaise to make of spreading consistency.
Add salt, pepper and pecans; mix well. Spread on bread to make sandwiches. Makes 2 cups spread. Enjoy!
