Grilled Pineapple Slice with Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients
  

  • 6 pineapple slices, grilled on one side
  • 1 container strawberry sorbet (24 oz)
  • 6 jumbo strawberries, sliced for garnish
  • fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place grilled pineapple slices, grilled side up, on dessert plates. Top with scoop of strawberry sorbet and garnish with strawberries and mint leaves. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings. Enjoy!
