Ingredients

pineapple slices, grilled on one side
1
container
strawberry sorbet (24 oz)
6
jumbo strawberries, sliced for garnish
fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
Place grilled pineapple slices, grilled side up, on dessert plates. Top with scoop of strawberry sorbet and garnish with strawberries and mint leaves. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings. Enjoy!
