Petso Pizza
If you don't love red sauce, this pesto-tomato pizza is for you.
- 1 ready made pizza crust
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4  cup Romano cheese
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 
- In a small bowl, combine ricotta and Parmesan cheeses. 
- Spread pesto over the ready to cook pizza crust. Spread the ricotta and Parmesan over the pesto, and layer the tomatoes over the cheese. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese. 
- Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes 8 slices. Enjoy!
