2boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into small pieces
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4cupancini de pepe or other small pasta noodles
1Tbschopped fresh parsley or cilantro
Instructions
In a large saucepan over medium high heat, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add carrots, onion, garlic, and celery salt.
Reduce heat to low and add chicken breast pieces, salt and pepper, and pasta. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Stir in cilantro or parsley, then serve immediately. Makes four servings. Enjoy!
