Rosie's Red Pepper Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbs white vinegar
  • 3 Tbs white sugar
  • 1 Tbs corn starch (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbs butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese (1 block)
  • 6 oz Rosie's Red Pepper Spread (Hot, Mild, or Sweet)

Instructions
 

  • Add first five ingredients to sauce pan and heat on low, whisking constantly.
  • In a separate bowl with electric mixer, whip the cream cheese.
  • When the heated mixture bubbles, slowly add into cream cheese with the mixer running. Mix thoroughly. Then mix in the Red Pepper Spread.
  • Can be served hot or chilled. Great for dipping bread, chips, crackers, or veggies. Enjoy!
