Rosie's Stromboli with Rosie's Red Pepper Spread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 batch homemade or store-bought pizza dough
  • 2 cups shredded white American cheese
  • 2 cups shredded extra sharp white cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups sandwich style pepperoni, shredded or chopped
  • 6 oz Rosie's Red Pepper Spread (Hot, Mild, or Sweet)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, washed and patted dry
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, washed, patted dry, and chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a large sheet pan, and push or roll dough until it completely covers the bottom in one flat layer.
  • Leaving a 1" border, sprinkle shredded pepperoni onto dough. Spoon red pepper spread on top of pepperoni.
  • Make sure the basil and parsley are patted dry with paper towels, then add evenly on top of sauce. Evenly sprinkle 3 cheeses over entire stromboli.
  • Starting at one wide end, roll the stromboli together tightly, making sure all the ingredients stay inside. Pinch the seam and the ends shut, so the sauce doesn't leak out.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes, until dough is browned and golden. Let rest 10 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
