Scalloped Corn

This cheesy corn dish can be served with breakfast, brunch, or dinner!
- 2 cans whole kernel corn (16 oz, each)
- 1 can cream-style corn (16 oz)
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
- 1 container sour cream (16 oz)
- 1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese (16 oz)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, blending well. Place into casserole. Place in preheated oven and bake for 1 hour or until hot and bubbly in center. Serve immediately. Makes 6 to 8 servings. Enjoy!
