Wash and drain spinach. Place in fridge to chill.
To make dressing, in the blender container, combine salad oil, sugar, vinegar, onion, salt and dry mustard. Blend until thick and syrupy.
Add bacon and egg to spinach. Pour dressing over spinach, bacon and eggs (don't mix), and let stand for 1/2 hour. Toss. Serve immediately. Makes 6-8 servings. Enjoy!
Note: Can prepare dressing ahead of time and refrigerate if needed.
