In a bowl, mix eggbeaters, milk, and cinnamon as for French toast batter.
Place skillet or griddle over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Dip bread slices in egg mixture and place on pan, cooking fora few minutes on each side until browned, like french toast.
Place once slice of toast on a serving plate and layer 3 slices of turkey, 2 slices of ham, and 3 more slices of turkey on top. Place second slice of toast on top. Repeat with remaining bread, and cut sandwiches into quarters.
Heat about 1/2 cup of syrup in a small, microwave-safe dish and serve hot sandwiches with warm syrup. Dip sandwiches in syrup or pour on top. Makes 2 sandwiches. Enjoy!
