Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush a large baking sheet with a thin coat of canola or olive oil
Place egg in a bowl and bread crumbs and cheese in a separate bowl. Dip florets first in egg and shake off excess, then into breadcrumbs, rolling floret gently in crumbs to cover well. Place on prepared pan.
Mist florets with canola or olive oil or spray with non stick cooking spray. Cook in preheated oven for 30 minutes, turning the florets over halfway through the cooking time. Makes lots. Enjoy!
